WHY DID GALERIES LAFAYETTE CHOOSE CCH® TAGETIK TO MANAGE THEIR MARGINS?
The project to implement the CCH® Tagetik solution made it possible to integrate a module for calculating sales and store margins.
In particular, the project enabled Galeries to improve the efficiency of their reporting/planning cycle, and significantly increase their data analysis capacity. Thanks to this project, reporting production times have been reduced by 10 days.
HOW DID THE MANITOU GROUP INCREASE ITS AGILITY IN BUDGET PREPARATION AND STATUTORY CONSOLIDATION?
In 2018, the Manitou Group, world leader in material handling equipment, launched a project to implement a unified performance management solution on CCH Tagetik. The main objective was to increase its business management capabilities, and in particular its revenue and margin.
More specifically, this tool was designed to:
- Optimize existing budget preparation and management consolidation processes
- Reduce re-keying and reconciliation of accounting and management data
- Reduce time spent on time-consuming data control and retrieval tasks
- Produce analysis elements at a fine granularity level
- Encourage budget simulation (assumptions, iterations, versioning)
- Implement reforecast processes
- Unify statutory and management reporting
