French Food Industry group, Improving performance management

A major French food industry group wanted to improve its performance management processes in order to gain a better understanding of its business and priority areas for internal benchmarking. They launched a project to implement an EPM tool with various short- and medium-term objectives. In the short term, the aim was to improve the production of financial and management analyses. In the medium term, the aim was to find a tool that would support the Group’s challenges over 5 years. MeltOne was involved in the detailed analysis of the margin on standard variable costs and the monitoring of industrial investments.
