Our projects

Let’s take the example of 2 projects carried out by MeltOne in recent years:

• Implementation of the S/4HANA Cloud solution at Veepee, which has become the leading SAP Cloud reference in France.
• Implementation of the S/4HANA solution for the THOM group’s accounting and management control perimeters.

SAP S/4HANA PUBLIC CLOUD IMPLEMENTATION AT VEEPEE

The Veepee Group is a major player in online event sales.

In order to build the Group’s Finance solution, Veepee decided to implement a Finance, Controlling, Indirect Purchasing and Revenue Accounting perimeter in S/4Hana Public Cloud for several countries (France, Spain, Italy, Belux, etc.).

A Core Model has been implemented, based on the Best Practices that make up the solution, and a “Fit to Standard” approach has been adopted. Project management is based on the SAP Activate methodology:

• Prepare: Initialization of the project and its governance, preparation of project schedules.
• Explore: Fit to Standard analysis, user interface design and preparation of data migration.
• Realize: Solution configuration, unit testing, data migration, business acceptance testing and cut-over preparation.
• Deploy: Go-live of the solution; user training.
• Run: Hypercare and post-go-live support phase.

SAP S4/HANA IMPLEMENTATION AT THOM

The THOM Group operates in the jewelry retail sector.

To support and accompany the THOM Group’s expansion strategy, an IS overhaul approach was validated based on SAP S/4HANA. In particular, the aim is to have a robust core model offering a certain degree of agility, so as to be able to integrate new distribution networks, cover several distribution models (with the capacity to manage multi-countries, covering the specificities of the jewelry business (excluding manufacturing), enabling regular and adapted monitoring of operational performance) and equip itself with an SAP S/4Hana Core Finance Platform.

MeltOne was commissioned to take charge of the finance, controlling and BI areas of the transformation project.

A pilot was deployed in 2021, and the stores are currently being rolled out.
